Lobby area: Our lobby area offers convenient seating, a variety of pet and food supplies and client education material for reference.

Receptionist area: Our Client Relations Specialists (CRS) will be able to assist you during the check-in process for your pet(s) appointment. At check-out, the CRS staff will invoice your pet's treatment, provide you with a receipt, any dispensed prescription items per veterinarian instruction and schedule any future appointments. This is also where Bob’s Loft is located. Here is the place where Bob will catch up with his favorite clients and watch over the hospital.

Examination rooms: We have three examination rooms to examine and treat canine, feline and exotic animals.  Here we can further educate you on wellness plans, preventative care, pet health needs, treatment plans and hospital services.

Laboratory: The Laboratory area is used to perform testing to evaluate an animal for problems that cannot be detected in a physical exam. This testing is also designed to evaluate an animal's ability to handle and metabolize anesthesia.

X-Ray and Ultrasound: Radiographs (X-Rays), are used to diagnose fractures, arthritis and internal problems. Our state of the art ultrasound machine provides detailed information about the structures of the abdominal and thoracic cavities.
