| Receptionist area: Our Client Relations Specialists (CRS) will be able to assist you during the check-in process for your pet(s) appointment. At check-out, the CRS staff will invoice your pet's treatment, provide you with a receipt, any dispensed prescription items per veterinarian instruction and schedule any future appointments. |

| Laboratory: The Laboratory area is used to perform testing to evaluate an animal for problems that cannot be detected in a physical exam. This testing is also designed to evaluate an animal's ability to handle and metabolize anesthesia. |
