| Receptionist area: Our Client Relations Specialists (CRS) will be able to assist you during the check-in process for your pet(s) appointment. At check-out, the CRS staff will invoice your pet's treatment, provide you with a receipt, any dispensed prescription items per veterinarian instruction and schedule any future appointments. This is also where Bob’s Loft is located. Here is the place where Bob will catch up with his favorite clients and watch over the hospital. |

| Laboratory: The Laboratory area is used to perform testing to evaluate an animal for problems that cannot be detected in a physical exam. This testing is also designed to evaluate an animal's ability to handle and metabolize anesthesia. |
