Client Relations Specialist/Receptionist (CRS) As a Client Relations Specialist you will be responsible for welcoming clients in a friendly and efficient manner both over the phone and in person. This position will entail scheduling, chart preparation and some contact with animals. The CRS will also assist incoming clients during the check-in by completing required forms and updates to the computer file. At check-out, you will invoice clients, providing them with a receipt, any dispensed prescription items per veterinarian instruction and schedule any future appointments. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment. Requirements for this position include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), computer skills, experienced customer relations and multi-tasking abilities are essential.
Veterinary Technician As a Veterinary Technician you will be responsible for maintaining the flow of patients by providing professional, efficient and exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to perform procedures, preparatory work for appointments and surgeries, lab testing and monitoring hospitalized and surgical pets. You will educate clients about wellness plans, preventative care, pet health needs, treatment plans and hospital services. As a Veterinary Technician you will obtain and record relevant information and history from clients and maintain proper/complete medical charts. Candidates must be comfortable working with dogs and cats in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment. Requirements for this position include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and be physically capable to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Veterinary Technician Assistant As a Veterinary Technician Assistant you will act as the extra eyes, ears and hands for the Veterinarian and Vet Tech. You will work simultaneously with the Veterinary Technician to ensure the safety of the pets, clients and team members utilizing safe restraint techniques and following standard protocols. You will also maintain clean and organized treatment areas, kennels, examination rooms and labs. Additionally you will assist the Technician team with surgeries, lab testing and prepatory work for surgeries and appointments. Candidates must be comfortable working with dogs and cats in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment. Cleaning/Maintenance As a cleaner/maintenance specialist you will be accountable for keeping the hospital and its grounds clean. You will be responsible for various housekeeping duties which include surgery and dental areas, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, dishes, cleaning kennel cages and grooming areas and other responsibilities as assigned.
